Topic: Parachutes?

Hey

i was wondering if there are any plans to add a Parachute type funtion into the game? Not sure if the copyright issues will allow this or what not, since there hasnt really been any Star Wars style parachuets in any of the Official Star Wars related Books/Films.

But if its possable it would deffinetly be some thing to consider for a future patch.

The Adumarians have parachutes.
The Adumarians are not in FS.
So no, parachutes will not be in FS.

And even if there were, I'd rather not see people parachuting from high places. It's just silly.

Or...how about you just don't jump from a high position in the first place? Parachutes should stay out, I got tired of seeing people exploit them to gain kills in BF2 and 2142, this is Star Wars, parachutes are only rarely mentioned in the Expanded Universe and only usually in conjunction with atmospheric ejection systems. If you want to get down from somewhere, walk or run the way you came up.
