You've already done the 2142 updates, just uninstall FirstStrike, including the launcher, then reinstall it.

I'm running 64bit Vista, tried running as a admin, I've tried +widescreen 1, tried putting in my resolution, deleted my Battlefield 2142 documents folder, renamed BF2142.exe to FirstStrike.exe and replaced, and it still crashes on launch. Help?
