Good post, though there was just one minor error I noted. Galactic Conquest was a Star Wars mod for BF1942, not BF2142 like you've stated. Just a typo I'm sure.
Oh, and with your comment about the singleplayer I'd stay out of Twigs and Dnamro's way for a while if I were you.
There are some really solid updates to the singleplayer element of the mod just around the corner which I think will really quite surprise you, so don't write that portion of the mod off just yet.
Editted/responded on both counts, perhaps I was being a bit too over dramatic about the singleplayer I just know it can be quite boring playing on your own with the co-op over and over.
I mean it's deffinately on a par with the vanilla bf2142 bot support if not better it's more about the vehicle limitations.

]]>]]>]]>Next week, we'll try to get in on the Saturday. Chances of getting noticed in that thread now given the amount of people subscribed to the subreddit is quite low. If we jump in as fast as we can for the next one, we should have a chance.
I think the weekend slots are determined by the two highest votes, haven't read too much into it though.
The good thing is there are no downvotes on that section so if we get 40 votes, e keep those 40 votes etc.
Perhaps we could make a post on the main page though too to grab some more attention, probably should ave a group effort in making a post together of high caliber.

Basically someone posts the name of a game or mod into their official thread and the one that gets the most votes becomes their featured game for 'x' day, which is a thread for a whole week.

There are other mods on there. However a lot of the mods are based on the source engine which is free now with the SDK so with a first strike post it may require an extra push.
So I think that perhaps we could post first strike up each week it comes up and try and organise ourselves to upvote that post. Seeing however that bf2142 is a bit of a less popular game we may still need to have some players from our community to hold interest. So have a first strike event here too and get the community together like the last few community matches.
I personally think that there are a large band of people who just need to experience how great this mod is whilst full to grab them into the community. I mean on reddit there are always posts asking for a new battlefront or a star wars game that is like battlefield which makes me pull my hair out. Also my video of yavin made it to the front page and had a little hype so there must be interest there. It's just getting people over here.
Perhaps in the post there could be a pointing out of the fact on origins bf2142 is like a 10er or less (A similar price to an indie title) and the mod is... priceless, but free ha.
