It will only work IF your server is fully updated and running a valid 2142 install. Is this a paid for server or privately set up one by the way??

Just had a look and it appears red to me too. So it is definitely your server set up which is at issue. Though you also say all other servers appear red to you as well? Check Rebel Defiance, BlackIntel and =SBB=. If those servers all appear red to you too, then you also have an issue with your client version of First Strike as well, as these servers are set up correctly and work fine.

I'm not a coder so don't really deal with the server set up side of things, but this thread:

...goes into quite a bit of depth and deals with various methods that can be used to get an FS server up and running, have a look through this and try the steps suggested. If you still run into issues after you've tried these, let us know.

I put up a FS Server but I cannot connect to it all the servers are red to me.

I get some error client version is older than the server please update blah blah but I am at version 1.51!

I've done two full installs of this and it's officially pissed me off.

Why am I getting this error when I'm patched to 1.51? Can someone help me please. Server is "VETERANS-GAMING COOP FSMOD"
