Hmm. It seems that there is no option to change mods anywhere in the Map List area. All I can see are the default maps and no mod changing option.

Then I tried to just ditch BF2142cc and use the Launcher after putting the FS server files in, and the server list is Red and thinks I'm using an older client. Very odd, and frustrating.

Now, access your server, navigate to the BF2142 folder section, and open the folder 'mods' then BF2142. Navigate to and open the folder 'settings', hopefully you will have a file in there called modmanager.con. Copy this file to your computer desktop. Close down settings, and navigate back to your server directory, BattleField2142/mods folder.

Move your copied modmanager.con file from your desktop to desktop/FirstStrike/settings (ie the same place you found it in your servers BF2142 folder!).

If you have already put modmanager.con in there then you are good to go. Just log in via 2142CC, then go to map control (or map list, always get those two confused). You should have two tabs in the main box, one for selecting the mod and one for selecting the map type (conquest, coop etc). Hit the clear maplist button to remove the default 2142 maps, then change the mod to FirstStrike. Select the game mode you want then drag the maps across to the right hand pane. In the right hand pane you can also change the map size.

Once done, click save on the bottom bar, then hit apply profile. It should say profile successfully applied or something. Then either restart the server to see the new profile take effect or use map list to change to the next map. I believe you will need to restart the server though when changing mods from BF2142 to FS.
