Although, I do not believe that I would be too interested in joining another SW MOD team in any capacity. Anyway, you never really articulated what sort of help you are looking for apart from 2d Artists. You may want to consider looking around the Unreal Community fan sites as there are generally a number of younger, quite talented, artists that are interested in getting their work shown.
