Great to have you onboard dude! For Maps you need to speak to Sasquatch and Wrafe

For coding issues speak to SCHRIfle and Deathmanreturns and for texturing Ramseus is the man.

Coding:No python experience or training in game logic.
tweaking in editor: Working ability.
editing .con files: Fair amount, most is common sense.
Animating:Would love to learn if someone wants to give me a good tut or teach me:)
Modeling:Just picked up 3d max in the last 4 months, I have only produced 4 items, 2 you can see below.

Texturing:Did some textures for my own minimod, mostly snow related. Excellent knowledge of PS, and trained artist.
Mapping:Good working knowledge of current editor.
Sound Engineering:
2D Art Designing:See above formal art training

Other examples: Created falling snow affect, red laser sight for weapons, and I am descent at creating new effects.
