yes arrangement could be placed better. i do everything on the pc. trust me my texturing skills are craptacular. but if your persist in making me do so i can borrow a electronic piece of paper thingie (dont know the name connects though usb. electronic pen thing). i moddled the model my self using wings3d. i rushed unwrapped it after deleting the tavarn i had it in, so its rather a mess.

your unwrapping skills are there from the looks of it. but the organisation and arrangement could be made alot easier.. for example alot of them could be laid ontop of each other which will also give a better resolution..

did you draw that elvis? do you own a wacom or similar device? if so we can see how you are with texturing or 2d art.
