When I start mIrc, firststrike starts when I start the server, but yeah, not a lot of people there

mIRC is an internet relay chat. As in typing.

Can you talk, DJ etc over it? Yes.

But judging how he said he use's team speak.. yeah I wouldn't be on mIRC much either.

Team G3 use's straight ventrillo, we also have an mIRC room.. and we only have about 2 people in it, show's you how much we use it compared to our ventrillo which has about 20 on all day.

Teamspeak/Ventrillo > mIRC

btw, i've been in your mIRC a few times, and it is lonely, I end up leaving it after 10min.

.... It's not voice chat.... IRC is Internet Relay Chat via the keyboard. Or at least I thought it was.

i think it's easier if the forum itsels support a chat.

in my forum in phpbb i use Flash IRC Chat, it adds a link in the topbar and it show how many members are online; when you log in it use your nickname

but i dont know for PunBB.

I went to the IRC channel for this mod #first-strike on quakenet, and it is virtually empty. With the apparent fans in the forums, i wonder why more people can't come to join and chat... It is lonely in there...
