forgot all about this but I was gonna organise a GC reunion of sorts.
I been so busy over last cpl years and forgot all about this mod but i found this thread again by googling decepticon and meshcraft lol.

I think it has improved a bit as it has that battle recorder thing where it records the whole battle which you can veiw later on

maybe we can re imagine some of the old ideas i had with first strike, let's just hope the battlefield camera/record thingy has been improved.
btw i read a quote from ea about the new titan mode saying something about the boarding of a mothership was inspired by starwars and they think it has never been done before in a fps....er ...i don't think those ea noobs played GC u reckon?

and i don't think old meshhead ever said he worked for lucas, but it does ring a bell i dunno man, good times though. good times.

Didn't he also say he was a lucas arts dev and said that Battlefront will totally own GC and all that.

P.S Yeah those movie making days where great loved that part when you got preacher to stand on a snowspeeder after escapeing the imp's just like in Back to the future 2

The Meshwars was a, ...well, ...a war. This guy Meshcraft kept posting these dodgy screenshots saying he got the ATAT to walk. Of coarse there were skeptics (led by Decepticon) and the argument began. A long, long argument the kept coming up. Like a boomerang, every once in a while Meshcraft would come back and post more screenshots and the argument would begin over again.

haha kiff dude of course i remember you and i am really sad i stopped making my starwars movies, i wonder if i will ever finish my series? lol... that being said have you noticed the amount machinima has taken off since we first started doing it when it was a relatively unknown artform? if only i kept it going.... i can only dream

and hello un-co , maybe one day when you and i are camping noobs together in an at-at on hoth, i might get bored and tell you old war stories over voip about the meshwars lol

I saw the title to this and thought oh no not mesh again. Anyway good to see you decep not sure if you member me i helped on Saving Prvt preacher a bit. Yeah anyway FS looks great theres tones of stuff they can do with BF 2142 then 1942 like having decent walker units and stuff. The guys who started out this project look like they were doing a great job and with the guys coming over frm gc it looks like its going to be even greater.

PS if anybodys wondering why i haven't been on IRC recently well something blew up in my comp and its being fixed (bloody lightning) anyway hope to see ya all soon (using my dads laptop atm

Of course! This is FS, not GC but it's good to relive the memories and be together again ;-). I am getting just as excited about this mod as I was about the GC mod, and I might even buy 2142 just to play this mod
