Fortunatly they are not as bad as Blizzard which has been known to shut down any mods based off of Warcraft, Starcraft, etc...

As for the licencse thingy, wouldn't just using the name 'star wars' get them in trouble, at least following that line of thought? Would LA really yell at em?
I mean they're not profiting by any of this, tho they do get some nice handy dandy karma. Which if you watch the show 'My name is Earl' you'd know thats not good at all. Seriously. It will kick your pie.
