As you can see in the movie they took it out if n a few seconds when they saw it. Might as well I guess, just in case or whatever. At any rate they DID NOT bombard it from space because they didn't need to.

True, they didn't need to use orbital strikes in the movie. However, in the mod, things won't always go how they do in the movie. Had the Rebels done better than in the movie, the Imperials could have gone with bombardment once the shield fell. Just because they didn't do it doesn't mean they couldn't. tongue

Rebels probably won't get arty on Hoth but if they do it'll probably be mortar crews.

Anyway, no artillery for Rebels on Hoth, right? Actualy I can't think of any location that used artillery, for either sides.
