Well fitiing it in won't be the biggest problem (except in my old pc, im sure it didnt fit in that mATX case) but the thing produces 90 degrees of heat, so an adequate cooling solution in the form of lots of space would be handy for the harddisks/CPU/memory/motherboard
you say 90 degrees like its alot 
my 2 year old comp with an x800pro agp8x has an internal case temp over 100 degrees F playing Bf2 (though that could just be the cpu).
anyway I wouldnt go as far as the cooler master RC-830 unless you want a dual/ quad cpu (not core) system, although the thing does have ubsurd cooling capabilities which would be useful for overclocking if you want to go down that path

Hmm, good point. Do you think anyone is going to be able to play Crysis at highest settings when it comes out this year? I doubt it since it requires DX10 to run effectively and based on the fact that the developers even said that next-gen systems won't be able to run it properly. (Crysis is part of the reason for me upgrading my comupter cause dang, that game is sweet )

]]>The problem with the first one is that the motherboard is not SLI/Crossfire compatible, you'll need the P5W or something with SLI in the name for that.
I find 1500$ for a bit on the much side, going by that 1 $ = 1€ in computerland, you should at least get an X1900XT , P5W DH and a E6600 for that
Btw don't go for a Pentium D, a Core 2 Duo is way better.
If you have to chose between the two I'd say go for the first, since it's better to get a very high-end card (X1950XTX), than 2 a bit less high end cards (duao 7900). Of course, if you plan to run two 7950GX2's in SLI you'll need an SLI motherboard
