Hey! I liked the Vong quite a bit. I mean it wasn't completly Star Wars but the Bio tech was imaginative and interesting. At least thats what i think heh.

Well I love the clone wars era books, and even the kiddie series like jedi apprenctice (don't judge me ) , but I'm not gunna read any of that new jedi order crap. Such a shame their writing about that crap when they could be making more clone war and x wing series books...

Wookiepedia is an excellent source for this Arc. From what I can tell you though is that yes Coruscant was taken over and it was turned into a planet with lots of plants and no mechanical things whatsoever. Theres a lot of other weird stuff that happens in those EU books, not my favorites to say the least.

I read a lot of the novels but when they killed Anikan Solo, Chewbacca coursaunt got invaded and several other things I have probably forgot, just put me off, I thought at first it was an exciting new triolgy, but when they kept making new books that kept killing off more and more starwars classics I got fed up and haven't read how the war ended (except a little bit on Wokkiepedia, while researching for FS.)

the Vong did destroy alot of it and replace it with their bio-tech, but the New Republic recaptured Coruscant and started to sort of reverse it.

Hey all, I know a few of you are much bigger on the lore than I am, so I figured maybe someone could answer a question for me. I was reading off some web site that was talking about teh Yuuzhan Vong. I read all teh clone wars novels, the x wing series, the wraith squadron books, and a few of the older ones, but not the newer books out there. So I know nothing about the Yuuzhan Vong.
But is it true they captured corucscant, and are destroying everything mechanical there? I find that slightly hard to believe. And odd. And mean...
