its based , from what i know, on the bf2 engine so we can presume it isnt the patched engine we have got to on bf2. so in theory were going to have most of the problems we have on the bf2 before. except a few they may have sorted out. like the famed red ally bug

I guess I'm the only one with no problems. I have a stable framerate at above 40FPS at high settings at all times except in Titan sometimes and no crashes or other faulties. Btw, shutting down processes doesn't really help if you've got 1024MB Ram or above. It just doesn't cut it because the overhead is negible already. You should just try to optimize your system in the means of some memory tweaks and stuff with a tool called "TuneXP" and defragment. A badly fragmented system can cause crashes.

I've had great performance for some reason and I've NEVER had such lightning fast loading times. Although, I haven't beeb in a titan yet so my view is slightly skew. Also... If anyone is suffering crashes to the desktop with no warning whatsoever, turn off VOIP and you'll be fine. there is a PB update required too, but I bet everyone already knew that.

yea , i do close down unused programs.

The thing is all last night me and blitz were playin...we must have gone on about 8 servers and the lag was horrendous for both of us (and other people) all night. I mean really bad.

Maybe we were just very very very unlucky with our choices of server

I know that the full game doesnt seem to have as good a performance as the demo. Iv had to lower my vid settings further than i had it in the demo. In the demo I could play 64 player Titan without much problem ....
