Oh, there's tons of articles, theories, strategies, methods, and psychological reports on how to best start your own clan. They go in to everything from psychological mind sets and how to deal with each type of mind set your members may have, theories on the best ways to start clans, tons of articles for beginners, different strategies of starting and recruiting for your clan, leading methodologies for the leaders, governmental types and how they'll have an impact on the members. So much more. Don't worry though, you don't have to have a PHd to understand it, although the articles and reports are very long, it's in easy to understand English.

One thing about clans: Names are sacred. People have sued each other over them, they've hired lawyers to copy right their name, paid money for Incorporating their clan, etc. But it never hurts to try!

cool cheers, spose theres no point in looking for things unless i know wot im looking for... think i might talk to 501st aout using there name... u dont get if u dont try. and wot u mean by literature... do u mean if i chose to make a clan ud find soe backgraound nfo for names etc?

Hey there, welcome to the forums! You're right, clanning is great fun. Most clans let you join by either posting on a specified forum board or submitting a form. As Xero mentioned, some clans also like to keep private, but the general trend is that you can join via a forum post. If you want to know how to start them, let me find some great literature I have around.

hi ive been quite interested with all this clan talk. on tw:m2 and b42142 ive liked the idea of them, and now theres this mod coming out its really got me thinking about them. basically what i want to know is :

1. how can u join them
2.how can u create them etc.

and 3.....

not sure if anyone has or if anyone can due to them being kinda real (if u get wot i mean) but has anyone thought about creating the 501st clan? or would we need permission from the 501st for using there name?
