I have a problem and I really hope you guy's can help me out:I had Battlefield 2142 but I reinstalled my Windows.I wanted to play the game but when I tryed to click the .EXE there was a message saying that a file is missing,and I have to reinstall the game.I couldn't find a remove.exe or a uninstall,so I deleted it manualy.I installed it again but at the login place,after i writed my username and password it said that this username and password are already taken...???!!!
I can't create a new account or something like that,and,well...it sems i'm stuck.If you guy's have any sugestions pleas tell me.

Sorry, right click and click on "Manage". Then go to services & applications, services, and then disable Wireless Zero.

If that doesn't work, re-enable it.

Just skimming through the posts and I may have missed something but,

If you use DSL, see if the phone is in use/ringing when all this happens. Perhaps you forgot to install a filter on one of the lines?

i've switched the modem and the phone lines and the cable to my house. I'm pretty sure it's the line to the modem because when the packets stop, the modem only shows 2 lights instead of 4, and it's not the modem, i have no idea what it is.

If you switched ISP's or got a new modem, try asking your ISP for a new one. Usually they're under warrenty for the first year, depending on who's service you're using. Check what has changed. Try switching to a different phone line. Odds are it's something to do with the internet on the way to your computer, and if so then just replace things until it works. Start with the modem, as that should be free. Then the phone line, then the router. If none of those work, then yeah, you're connection is just shatner, and you should switch to a new provider, or alternatively get a different type of connect (satalite, t1, etc)

Right click on my computer, click settings, and disable Wireless Zero Utility

Since I moved into my new house, I have been having a probable with my internet, my last problem was due to a virus I found and deleted. Thanks for your help btw guys. As I said, since I moved into my new house I have been having inconstant internet connection. What I mean is that my internet will start transferring packets then randomly, it will stop for about a minute or two, which is enough to cause a disconnection in any online game. This is really annoying and it never happened in my old house just up the road. A first I thought it was my computers kicking each other off but it still happens when the other computers aren’t connected. You see have 2 computers connected to the same modem through a system I installed through my phone jacks. I thought it was the actual physical connection to the internet and my house but it isn’t because some how it got cut and replaced so I think that the probable would have been fixed when the replaced the cable. I have a Embarq 660 series modem running 100 mbps. It’s not my computer because it happened on my old one and I recently bought this one and the same thing happens. Thanks in advance.
