Actually I'll make a bet on that they will within ten years. EA is the biggest publisher/designer incorporation in the industry, valued at over several (hundred?) billion dollars. They can buy out anything but oil (too bad, they'd probably screw that up too- which would be a good thing). I think anymore buy outs, they could be brought down by the Feds for starting a monopoly.

They're publishing Mercenaries 2, well. Lucasarts published Mercenaries 1. We must keep Lucasarts alive, or they'll never make SW games again.

Unless EA buy Lucasarts.
