The Ultimate Craft pack has the XWA upgrade stuff in it.

Welcome to the XWA MP thread. Hopefully we can get a few games going.

Here's what you need:

-A copy of X-Wing Alliance
-The 2.02 patch (available from lucasarts.com, click on support section)
-the Ultimate craft pack (with new ships/models) http://www.darksaber.gaylenol.com/craftucp.htm
-the mission fix for the pack (not essential, but otherwise it wont work properly in SP)
-a joystick (XWA doesnt work with mouse)
-Errant Venture (game hosting program) http://www.freewebs.com/zaliel/linksandpolls.htm

-OPTIONAL: If you want to fly all the ships (warning, few of them have their own cockpits and the stations don't work), go to C:/program files/lucasarts/x-wing alliance/shiplist.txt, and change all the entries that say "nonflyable" to flyable. Just copy it into word and then do find and replace (ctrl+f)
