The only other title that seems good for the Wii that is close to coming out is Super smash (decemder 07 ), with Solid Snake! (a PS charater, how ironic).

I'll stick to PC though, the PS3 doesn't have much games and costs a bomb, the Wii is for multiplayer and everyones buying one so what do I need one for, and the X360 costs a bomb and is made my M$

Snake wasn't always a PS char he was once a Nintendo one, making him fine for Brawl.

Problem with Nintendo in the past is that their consoles only had about 5 good games. Theyre also more of a family console. Hopefully that will change with Wii...... tho i dont see any decent games for it on tghe horizon. Only real potentially awesome titles iv heard about are the Star Wars game and the Ridley Scott's Alien RPG. Most of the other titles are those cartoony titles for 8 year olds and mums . Wii certainly has far more potential than PS3 and XBox360 ..... it just needs the games.

I do agree with Unco's assessment of PS2 ..... tho they tended to have far more pretty good titles ..a few good titles like Pro Evo soccer , MGS and GTA.

At current exchange rates (the pound is very strong against the dollar) its $800 in the UK. It used to be 700 though, a few months back.

Well, I'm not a big fan of PLayStation, because most of the games that get released on a PS are generic piles of crap like 'Ratchet and Clank' and 'Jak and Daxter'. Somehow though, these games are what people buy. It confuses me.

The only game I might be remotely interested in for the PS3 is Resistance. But I'm not silly enough to buy a $600 console for a game that might be good.
I'd rather get a Wii, only because they have the games that I grew up with, like Legend of Zelda and Metroid. That and at least Nintendo is brave enough to try something different.

"Rachet and Clank" and "Jak and Daxter" is what I grew up with. And everyone loves their childhood games (aaahh, TIE Fighter). Anything, nothing beats Jak and Daxter 1 (ok the sequels were a bit crap) in terms of humour and exploration and goddamn amazing graphics..
