KOTOR was a amazing series also got game of the year reward.

being able to use sith and republic and have them fighting each other (pvp) would be greate. but is there any confirm news on this?

At least if the if it was set in the New Republic then seeing so many Jedi in one spot wouldn't be such a disappointing scene.

well one game i can think of which has a good storyline in guild wars alowing the ability of players and henchmen in your group

so many mmorpgs coming out now. the reason for this is for the money. after the major success of blizzards World of Warcraft i think about 13-15 mmorpgs are in progress to be made. evan Stargate has joined the ever popular online gaming cumminty.

If they make it good and i do mean good i dont mind playing mounthly. Theres nothin wrong with mmorpgs and its up to you making a effort that you get somthing from them. Starwars Galaixy failed bad from what i hear on there online game. which i found shocking from the amount of starwars fans out there. But the Nights of the old Republic series has been the best games so far. and there gamplay in single player matches a mmorpgs. of cource it needs work to fit the diffrent things that can be added to a mmoprg. but if this MMORPG fails like SWG then the nights of the old republic storyline and title may be ruined :S

But think of it. being able to play a good starwars mmorpg with a follow on storyline of reven and malak and siths uprising with the starforge. i would realy injoy it. as long as them made it good. and i read from a review on the link on page 1. that some one said its filled with strangers... well yes it is. so is every other online game out there. only buy talking to them by asking or offering help in missions or trading do you make friends!

But with the downfall of the SWG i think many wont join till later on. when the main reviews come out. but im up for it. if they evan made it free mountly that would make it evan beter!

I wouldnt be surprised if a SWGEmu server attempts to make an Old Republic server... of course that is once they figure out how to do custom models and graphics.

I really really miss SWG....the old SWG....so i would be happy if "SWG 2" a KOTOR-Online is....you know what i mean? A SWG in the Old Republic...

Don't just say awkward... why's that? I mean KotOR is a great game and I don't see why there shouldn't be a MMORPG. I mean, yes. There is SWG, but SWG is about the 'modern' star wars galaxy.

but yea im still looking for a good MMOfps with a litlle rpg in it.
or atleast (to explain it better) a WoW where you actualy have to aim your firebolts or your arrows

hmmm, I like that idea. There isn't any need for an in depth story either, unlike an RPG like KOTOR. There should be multiple settings though (pacific islands, southeast asia, japanese and alaskan islands, europe, russia, north africa, atlantic ocean, north sea). I can't imagine the development time for something with that type of scale while keeping the quality level high. If I were to play any MMO, it would be something like that.

Same thing can be done with any real world war. 1600s, 1700s and 1800s wars would be cool though, since WW2 has been done a million times already.

Wow! I loved KoTOR so much... and all the time I hoped for a MMORPG release! IT IS going to be awesome.

They should make a World War II on-line-style MMO - an MMOFPS, to be more specific, with players able to man war machinery as well as fighting on foot. Would've worked great, if you ask me.
