I think I stopped reading the stuff regularly around the end of the X-Wing Series.

Favorite stuff has to be the Thrawn Trilogy without a doubt, such a rich embelishment on an already rich universe. His recent one Outbound Flight is also interesting and worth a look. I'll probably take a peak at Allegiance next, looks promising.

You should also check out the Dark Horse comics they regularly have some gems, obviously the Dark Empire, and Crimson Empire series were good, but the new Republic and Empire on going series are well worth a look too.

You guys are such nerds.... I picked up a StarWars book somewhere a couple days ago, looked at the first page, saw like 10 different alien names and put it down.

Lol, What did you expect? A Jack and Jill story? Offcourse there are alien names, it's set in a alien universe.

We'd just better hand you a blaster and shoot those aliens. That's more your style. ;-)

I read about every SW Novel out there and there are some excellent and crapy ones. But Zahn and Stackpole usually are great reads.

And the Heir to the empire series is a must read for all SW fans. Admiral Thrawn truly shines.

Even though Grand Admiral Thrawn is my hero, the brilliant blue bum. Why no movie, WHY!? I could talk about these books till I died, and I think it would not be a wasted life.

i've only recently started reading star wars books and right now i'm reading the thrawn trilogy book 2 dark force rising. these books rule!
so far i've also read labyrinth of evil and shatterpoint ( shaterpoint isnt realy that good)

next on my list is the hand of thrawn dualigy and after that the x-wing serries, after that its ether the RC books or survivors quest

You get a good look at the life of Clones and a lot of Action.
If you loved the Game you will love the Game.
