The only reason RT's server is so popular is because some of us are willing to set the server going, and that means hell of a lot of playing 1 vs 1, 2 vs 2, 3 vs 3, etc.

RT is nearly always populated, so more people go there, so it gets populated more often... it's a kind of self-fulfilling thing, but it took a couple of months of low-numbers games to get it where it is.

In view of the fact that we had no trouble filling 32 slots, there must be plenty of players out there who could be populating other servers. Don't sit around queueing to get on RT, set off another server. Do that often enough, and you will develop a regular player base.

And Jim, please don't describe us as "experts"... I thought everyone knew that an ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

As for the number of slots we are currently all donating money each month with, hopefully, a view to upgrading the server and increase the player numbers it can handle. Slots cost money unfortunately

your 24 slot server is pretty much always full, only leaving a couple of lost souls on another server.

So i have 3 choices:
- wait and keep trying to join for like 1 hr
- play with 6 players on another server
- not play EffEss at all

I would certainly play more but i have no time for the waiting game and i wont play with less than 10 players. So i usually end up playing the parent game for a quick round.

I'd really love to play with you guys and "learn tips and tactics from the experts" - that really sounds like something

There is allways a fourth option. Join our ventrilo and ask for a spot on our server. We will allways make room. Mostly there is someone idle or has a massive ping, or is in a different clan (sorry people, but our clan members and non clan members get first priority)

And we can run a 32 man server, but the lag makes it unplayable on Yavin unfortunately and I don't know if that is being worked upon by the DEV's at this time.

We allways make room for a friendly face, allthough I doubt we could teach you anything. :-)
