It's a prequel model actually, you either see it in TPM or AOTC I can't remember which off the top of my head. Markus is actually quite spot on, as this is actually a highly modified version of the Flash Speeder prop seen on Naboo, it's just been junked up a bit and had the whole rear section ripped out and different engines put in.

your right rievous smething is missing.
but maybe that because you dont actualy see this one much.
the only one with guns we see much are the onces on naboo. atleast for speeders with a gun on them.
