I think his henchmen would take the rancor with them when they moved out. I don't want too many such distractions anyway.

Offcourse when a model is created of Jabba's palace it will feature a rancor pit.

Might it also feature an ai controled rancor?

The model you see is Jabba's town house in Mos Eisly. This is not Jabba's Palace which was located in Tatooine's Dune Sea.

Jabba's town house did not have a rancor pit, so you will not see it. Offcourse when a model is created of Jabba's palace it will feature a rancor pit.

That's some nice-looking apartment complexes, there. I like Jabba's house, too. Nice to read the background stories of the developers, too.
