Lisp... Forget about it . Java, perhaps... But since the game doesnt suck, its not based on Java. C# possibly but I dont think so. Assembler would take a *little* too long to code a game in.

Do note that what you see when you look at the game is not the *programming* language. Its the script or possibly define language (BF1942 and BFV used a define language, BF2 added a script language to it).

Safe isn't part of the Dev team though. Or at least if he was.... I didn't know about it....

Anyway, I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure copying code from one game and using it on another, if it were possible in the first place, would be copy right infringement, perhaps. I know other BF: 2 mods were going to take code from BF: 1942 and that came back as illegal as well, so I can only image what it'll be taking something that's outside of the franchise. Plus I'm not even sure how it's (Armed Assault) coded- BF: 2/2142 engine is codded with Python.... C++ for the hard code (not sure, a dev will have to correct me on that), while Armed Assault could use a different language.

However, I too play Armed Assault and dang is it fun! You're definitely right and they have vehicle damage down to a T, good net code too, hardly any lag.
