Just to assure you. It will work just like any commercial installer and you should be fine.

Download it and execute the installer and before you know it you are in SW heaven.

Anyway will this installer do everything for you like an installer for proper retail games?

(if your running xp)= my computer>local disk (c:)>program files>electronic arts>battlefield 2142>mods>and then that is where you put the mods

then after that you just go to normal 2142>community>custom games> then your mod you dled should be there (if you did everything right prior to that)

sometimes that works... but yeah...
