Man I hate buying droids at Bestbuy, stupid rebates and was forced to subscribe to some lame Rodian magazine. It's not even in basic either. Besides warranties for astromech droids cost too much and they often break shortly after it expires. Then again by the time that happens there is a better model out.

not to mention the fact that R2D2 got scraped twice, and his partner got scraped 3 times. The only reason they lived at all was that they were just that droids. Any life form would have gotten our attention alot sooner as it would take huge ammount of knowlage of our technolagy to pull that off and to come back after getting shot 5 times.

So in closeing I would rather have those skills in a human than a droid. I mean droids can break, and be out of order for months, they even go outa date and you have to get new ones. But one Storm Trooper is all it takes to turn the tide of battle. Not only that a droid can be hacked and forced to attack it's master. A Human on the other hand has to be convinced to turn on his goverment, and has to spend some time thinking about it before he/she dose it. Droids can not make this choice, the only reason R2D2 never got hacked is he was a personal Droid for a queen. That means he has top of the line hacking skills and agian top of the line built in software defences. If he was just a normal everyday off the shelf R2 unit he would of got hacked and scraped alot more often and been no help at all to the masters he has had over the years.

Successfully destroy an entire fleet, the largest TWO battle stations ever made were destroyed in part by a droid. Shut down a droid factory, hack hundreds of doors/locks..

Yeah thats for sure! we all know how badly we beat them in full on mechinized warfare ala Hoth, Yavin4, and many places before that I might add. It was not till those darn Reble scum stole the Death Star Plans that we started to get our butts kicked! Lets make em pay for what they did! ALL HAIL TO THE EMPIRE!

BTW a fleet of StarDestroyers, and one SSD just arrived at HQ we got a fleet now! IE thats a grand total of 12 SD2s,8 SDs, 4 victiory SDs, and last but not least one big pie SSD, oh and an Eclipse for good mesure with over 100,000s TIEs, TIE Inetorceptors, TIE Bombers, and of couse Darth Vader himself for a leader! Now all we need is some AT-ATs and a huge line of Clones! lets get those REBLE SCUM!
