Dice seems to create wonderfull incremetial patches that dont work as they should.

and the second part about controls. got to control settings and press default just once and aply. sometimes crashes or reinstalls without the removal of the folder "battlefield 2142" in "my files" it happens that 2142 cant find you control settings.

Uninstall BF2142.  Delete the Battlefield 2142 folder from c:\program files\Electronic arts\ (or wherever you installed to).

Install BF2142.
Install 1.25 Patch
Install NS
Re-install 1.25 patch (it will overwrite some of the NS map files).

well, the only problem is i need a pacth over 1.20, and if i install 1.20 first, then NS, and then 1.25 patch, the Northern Strike works, but the same problem happens some days later...
