I have this and many other forums bookmarked, and in a folder I regularly go through, so if I'm bored, probably over 10 times a day.

Two times a day normally but about 5 times a day for example on weekends when I'm practicly welded to my computer

i check about every 4 to 6 hours unless i am asleep, or at work.
