No, EP4's Mos Eisley had a cantina, so if it was Mos Eisley it would be almost certain it had one, this one is Mos Espa, from a lore point of view, it would be up to the devs to decide if Espa should include a cantina or not, and i dont know if they did, because i'm not a team member.

Which might've lead to the tradition of climbing every mountain on the hoth map on foot. Priceless!

Putting a little something somewhere that we recognize from the movies or a homage, i'd love that. But well, that's something to do when you have the extra time for it.
