Same here... And the space battles are intense with even 20 people... Its going to be just like the movies with up to 64 people duking it out.

It's going to be epic.

If a P3 processor can handle it i'm sure my lappy will be just fine!!

Cant wait to be around capitol ships again, my last real star wars game was Tie Fighter *sighs*, what a game!!

Jerk, it makes sense, space is empty, no objects to load or other stuff like that, just ships. Though the size of them is so large it's still a challenge. Make no mistake, these things are huge from a player's point of view.

Pretty much any pentium3 will handle space at full.

WOW!!

I remember seeing First Strike a while back and thought that it looked promising. Trawling other forums gave a link here so i thought i'd pop by and see how things were going and was suprised to see release for version 1.0 on Friday

Gotta take my cap off to all the people involved in producing this mod, it looks stunning and i cant wait for my first taste of action! Hopefully there will be a few servers running in the UK / Europe from day 1.
