Are you trying:

-singleplayer
-local server
-online play

If you're trying singleplayer it won't work because we don't have singleplayer supported in v1.0/v.1.1 (see the minimod in general forums).

The memory dll stuff are with your 2142 guys,had the same problem BEFORE i downloaded or installed first strike i cant join titan games because of it :{

1-What graphics cards are you guys using? Drivers? 768MB Nvidia 8800GTX,Most recently drivers installed.Vista Prem,2GB Ram,19 inch screen (samsung),Asus Strike motherboard,1024&768 resolution (2142)

2-Have you tried clearing the bf2142's cache? No but seeing some of the replys i doubt it would make a different

3-Are you trying to create a Local game or joining an online game? Online,Ranked and Unranked (apparently theres a ranked first strike server...)

4-What map are you attempting to join? Endor and Mos Entha

5-If you're crashing ingame, what were you doing and what map was it? I crashed asoon as i hit Deploy.

Well, clearing the cache at least APPEARED to make a difference! Can't say conclusively whether it was playing on an actual server instead of a local one, or clearing the cache but I just spent a good 30-45 minutes playing on Endor! Keeping my fingers crossed.

Great work guys! The mod is great, gameplay is fantastic, and I look forward to experiencing more fun courtesy of your hard work!

ATI X1950XT 256M with Catalyst 7.9 drivers I should also mention I'm running under Vista Ultimate 32. Just for giggles, I'll also try it in XP-SP2 compatibility mode.

tried several...virtually anything on the ground causes CTD

One thing to note, SP is not supported in the mod currently there is a separate SP mod being developed for it. So make sure you always choose conquest not conquest-coop. Let me know if that helps any of you.

i have the same problem as oneil.... i can't run any of the maps... i get ctd before the deploy button shows up.... lol so i guess i'm not the only one

Singleplayer keeps crashing when i hit deploy. idk what you are discussing right now with all these posts, but I cant find a multiplayer server, either. Idk how it runs on multiplayer, and my computer runs regular 2142 great.

3-Are you trying to create a Local game or joining an online game? Both. Don't want to be jumping into a MP game until I get familiar with game itself.
4-What map are you attempting to join? All of them
5-If you're crashing in game, what were you doing and what map was it. Haven't got to that point yet, game CTD before i see deploy button.

I'm with CF2142 and when they came out with beta version of their mod I had the same issue. Game would start loading and when loading bar gets to a middle, it would crush to a desktop. When final release came out every thing was fine. You could ask those guys to take a look maybe they can help.

We suspect it might be the eweb/mkII as well more than the speeders so if you see any situations involving ctd and the eweb/mkII let us know.

Not sure if you guys will find anything there because the Tatooine map crashes just as frequently.
