Just wait 10-30 minutes untill the UAC opens for permissions or just disable the UAC.

I can install the mod on Vista Ultimate x86, maybe disable UAC first, mine is disable all the time

I had the same problem too on Vista Home Premium, Just wait and wait and wait... Then it wil ask your permissions to open the file.

no idea if this works under vista, but reinstall windows installer. search for it on microsoft.com.
if thats not working then i think your download is corrupted

Hi im running on Windows vista (YES i know it's not supported) but i cant load up the installer even after a successful download. I have 2gb ram, 2.2Ghz dual core processor and Nvidia GeForce 7900GT.
