Please remember that we are working with the BF2142 engine and it&#039;s sometimes very restrictive. </p><p>However the DEV&#039;s are trying their best to get in the Cannon accurate itmes, like shield and the likes.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Space fighters really are incredibly fast, the problem is that you have a lack of perspective in the space maps to judge your speed. For reference, it takes about 3 seconds for the a-wing to cross vanilla belgrade at top speed.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I think the speed is about right on, as the battles seem really good.&nbsp; If it were much faster I think the dog fighting would not be near as much fun.</p><p>I am curious to see the speeds near solid ground.&nbsp; I have been trying to get the editor to play nice with FS, but no luck.&nbsp; I would really like to make a map like the old GC Canyon map or the GC Tat map that was a bunch of flags in the desert.&nbsp; The canyons map would be great to see how the X wing and Tie fighter are close to the ground and in the slot canyons.&nbsp; &nbsp;It may not be as &quot;realistic&quot; of an idea as the maps in the mod, but it would be a blast I think.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;m not so sure that the speed in space is slow vs. being in space in a cockpit without passing many stationary objects so it seems slow. When you change your view out of cockpit, and fly by something stationary it seems like you are flying fast, and when coming head on to another fighter you have almost no time to break off so you don&#039;t collide.</p><p>I didn&#039;t play any of the other SW space games, so I may be off base without the comparisons, but when im approching something that is less than 500m off I am on top of it real fast. When I am 2000 m + it seems like I might be going slow, but I assume it just feels that way because I am so far away from the target.</p>]]></content>

And yes, I too have played the X-Wing Series, X-Wing vs Tie Fighter Series, Tie Fighter Series, and B-Wings Series. All great fun games. Maybe we could implement a 3D Radar, like in Star Wars Rouge Squadren Series</p>]]></content>
