Thanks ok can login to DAEMON after starting it on the box not R\con only as i all ways do goto start a server and all is good name of server ok all the rest ok then set the maps and it stops there stops responding?

Don't point it to the FSServerlauncher, still use BF2142_w32ded.exe

the configs are fine i know because the bfcc 2142 rcon works it when i try to set up the DAEMON side has any one tried to set it up yet?

the only difference between bf2 and 2142 is that modmanager.con needs to be in every mods/modname/settings . Just copy the one you allready have in mods/2142/settings to mods/yourmod/settings

Yep all in place it works fine for bf2 and bf2142 its all the same just when i point the BF2142Daemon
to the FSServerLauncher.exe it just comes up whit that prob its not the frist time got ten of them to get run for clans that i host for and daemon is the only way i can set up there admins its just not running
on this mod.

Copy it over but make sure your server (BF2142Daemon) is stopped before moving then start it back up and you should be good to go.

Did you put a copy of modmanager.con in mods\firststrike\settings\ ?

That's what that error looks like to me.

hello all i am getting some prob with DAEMON BF2142CC

its all ways worked with my bf2 and 2142 servers

i know it says that it can not find modmanager.con but is in the right place .

R\con only works fine so config files are all in the right place.

its the frist time i have had this prob any help would be great thank you
