A hotfix for FS is being released in the next day or two, assuming we get another phantom crash bug that was discovered fixed. The hotfix; fixes several issues that were causing lag and crashes for many players. We applogise for any inconvieniance the initial release has caused to players, but the issues slipped through testing due to the fact we never played with a full 64 man server (The lag/crash bugs are most prevelant on larger servers).

Hi, I have a rather serious problem:
When I first join a server, everything is fine, but after a few minutes, my FPS drops down to practically nothing, making it impossible to play. This does not happen if I create my own server to run around maps in (multiplay-> local -> create server). The problem appears to be independent of server or map, is not happening to other players, and has never happened to myself in regular BF2142.
Any ideas?

Edit: It is now happening when creating a local server.
