If the server lists work like in BF2, all you have to do is choose a green server and enter that. Red servers means not only you will lag, but also that your lag will also cause everyone else to lag. Hence it's better both for you and everyone else that you find a green server.

People with high ping ruin the game but i have bee on a server with most people having aroun 40 ping and still lagged.

Yeah, a few of the server admins have figured out how to use BF2142CC and have ping kicks. Makes for much better play. People need to find servers close to them, not halfway around the world with 200 plus pings.

Go host your own server. Public servers should be for all, not a select few. Don't like it then you should go elsewhere or hire your own server and set it up as you please.

I should probably be yelling at Telstra about this, but I'm kind of getting sick of the high-pingers on the GameArena server. (Around 250-300 ping people, I'm looking at YOU). Any of you got this problem, not just on GA, but on any other servers? It's really annoying having about 20 ping and lagging. Why isn't there a ping-kick system on the GA server anyway?
