Yup, it was made by Thomazz and 'adopted' by the developers for use in the game. Whether or not it makes it in remains to be seen.

Btw Thomazz are you working on it again, or is it completely out of your hands now?

Thomazz is showing me where he wants the CPs placed and possible doing the lighting again. He does not have the editor anymore though.
