what is your system OS?
as in win xp 32 bit. pro. 64 stuff like that.
it also seems that there are still a few servers out there who are still at version 1.0
so are you getting this error with every server?

goddammit I'm getting the "revert to the original version" message again, arrrgh! I don't get it, I haven't changed a thing. Right, I'm gonna try just re-installing FS, hopefully that'll be enough. Otherwise I might have to wait until version 1.2 is released and sorts this out!

I'm Impressed with the installed very smart considering it's a mod, It detects older versions to delete ect ect.. wasn't expecting something so good specially even from a patcher

Went to sleep for awhile to let it download now trying it it should work...

Yeah, I got the same thing, even uninstalling BF2142 was a nightmare, I had to find an online guide and delete all the folders manually using regedit. Had to wipe my harddrive of all trace of BF2142 and start from scratch, but it's all good now, and I'm enjoying playing a bug free Endor!

Just remember to save your "settings" folder somewhere first! :-)

Ya im sure i won't... at least from EA.. other Sites give you a downloader you can burn to a CD that for lasts forever... Idk how the hell it got lost but im sure as hell not buying another one if i plan to play on Normal BF 2142 again...

I pretty much figured it out now.. got my BF 2142 updated... not waiting for my 1.1 First strike to finish downloading then im set..

Still don't get why it deleted ALL my files in there... don't think there was much of major importance but still pisses me off...

Well pissed about the deletion Specially since the Installed for First strike was in there.. im hoping it didn't get uninstalled partly when i unstalled BF.. and stupid me just relized why it isn't working the version on Fileplanet is V1 so im downloading 1.1 right now..
Waiting for 1.25 to finish..

Stupid Download manager isn't showing any of my Previous downloads.. hell it's even missing my Northern strike... WHY did they take away EA link it was 10000000x better then this squeezey pooh..

now im manually downloading 1.25 patch and hoping it works..

Grr i was updating EA link Now only is it not working When i put it to my download folder to download files too if smurfing deleted the entire FOLDER!!!! All my Back up data ect ect was deleted without my consent... what bs....

Anyway I can only get Download manager to show up i can't get EA link to show up for some reason... which i need to patch.. i already have patches downloaded ect.

Reinstall, I got the same thing, install from the 1.1 full .exe is what fixed it in my case.

Ive heard of 1 case of this on the forums so far but no one has given an answer yet. basically When i try to connect it says This server only allows Playing with unmodified content. Please Revert Battlefield 2142 to original version...

Don't have a clue how to fix it.
