Johnny you need to deselect the 'ranked' filter, FS servers are not ranked.

I have the same problem. When I look for multiplayer servers it shows nothing, update the list "nothing", go to advanced "nothing". Then if I launch 2142 TA-DA!!!! All the available 2142 servers show up like they should.

I'd buy the firewall or software blocking connections but why would 2142 work and not FS? I have yet to play this mod with a single person in the week it's been out. Weeeeeeee! BTW the same scenario for other computers I have the mod installed on. I even bypassed my router and connected straight out via the cable modem and got the same results.

i had this problem too today, i just closed the game, surfed some on the internet and started it again, then it worked fine...

Does regular 2142 have the same problem? If so, then perhaps something's blocking the program... most likely a firewall.

Just got the mod, put on 1.0, when i went to log in, it says 'you appear to have no internet connection, and then it lets me play online, then i put on 1.1 and i still have the same problem. Any idea what the hells going on? I certanly do have a internet connection because Im posting here...
