Battle on the ISD sounds awesome, probably make a great 3rd party map.

Too bad it's so hard to map with 2142.......

No need for story if it's 3rd party.

It probably would be an sniper bonanza, the equivelent of an "awp" map from CS.

hellz yeah, thats what was so great about battlefield reacon, i love going solo *doesnt mean commando/rambo, its actually very good for teamworking, seeking out enemies, undercover*

those are the dark troopers or something right? we didnt see them in the movies, but they were around that time. Oh, and will there be anymore classes? i'd like to see a recon class, one with remote controlled droids and lotsa cool electronics

Well, considering there is no oxygen in space, that probably gives you a clue about how long you'd last.

As far as jet packs, I don't seem to remember all the regular troops in the original trilogy jet boosting all over the forests and deserts. Might be fun to scatter a single bounty hunter pickup kit randomly on a Tatooine map, however.

i bet samus could do it! lol thats what this game needs, SAMUS!! Canadiens, do you think you will ever make jet packs for the game, that would be really cool, but probably impossble i guess...

well Any Air you have in your body would rapidly sucked out... im sure you'd die very very very fast...

Personally I think a Battle inside ISD would be better.. battle ontop would be a sniper war... more like who has best Camping spot..

According to everything we know about exposure to a space enviroment with no environmental suit, your head would not explode, nor would you instantly freeze to death, as is the myth.

That said, Stormtrooper suits do not seal in the occupant against a space environment, and do not have oxygen supplies, I think. Plus, a battle on the surface of an ISD is really hard to reckon into something believable story-wise.
