I haven't been able to figure out any pattern to it, but usually I will get the error many times in a row when I do get it. Here are some screens:

Lol yeah, I once tried to actually follow my sig but I got lost. 0_0

Anyways, I think some of them maybe were fixed in the hotfix, Maybe?? I don't know I am too tired to check right now but I'll post some later.
