Most of the Harlequins have so many other things going on that they couldn't help out, like me for one.

I can do some coordinating, but considering that I won't be able to play F.S. too often because of college, it may be better for logistical sakes for one of the regulars to coordinate a FSCG. I'd highly recommend any of the Harlequins for the task. Indeed, this weekend is the only weekend I know for sure I'll be able to play until Novemberish.

I can support in some role though

First Strike Community Game. Vets of Galactic Conquest may remember the GC Community Games and their awesomeness in bringing folks together and fostering teamplay. I think we ought to bring the concept back for First Strike one of these weekends. Anyone else agree with me?

I'm picturing doing two rounds of a land map, two rounds of a space map, and two rounds (vote pending) of either a land or a space map. I'd personally go for two rounds of Mos Espa, two rounds of Taloraan, and two rounds of Endor Strike Team (do this last due to potential instability). Depending on registration levels, start with 32 players and go up to 48 players for the server. Set up a Teamspeak or Ventrilo server for full team/everybody communications. Lock the server except to folks with the password. Proceed and have uber fun-time. Repeat as desired, and especially once R2 comes out.
