Few things I didn't like in there, mostly wording and such, such as 'toggle able' not being a word, and some other typos. And 'Squad bonus 3' should be replaced with something more intuitive, such as '3-man squad needed' or 'Requires you to be in a squad with at least three members'.

I came upon it when I stumbled over the link in his sig', and found that it was actually a very good piece of work which deserved its own thread (I don't think there is one, if there is, I apologize).

Just a question, Shadow, is your draft accurate enough to be printed and used, or should I wait until you get the details down? Looking good so far, either way.

Edit: The note about the Highway Tampa patch needs to be easier to spot. Slap 'Important' in bold letters in front of it or include it as an Installation step .

Hi, and thanks for the kind words.

It's 95% accurate, there's still a couple small things in the FAQ section... like for the Gallofree it says the craft doesn't have any weapons - only shields, but it actually only applies to the pilot, there are 2 other positions for gunners... and the Probe Droid can be launched again after its destroyed, it just takes a fair time to respawn.

But more importantly, Dutch Razor told me he'd implement this guide in their next manual revision, and he's adding some capital-ship info to it now. So it might be smarter to wait before printing it; it's gonna be an official manual soon.

Leky[IRL] wrote:

Wow that answered a lot of my questions. It should be included in the installer so new players will be able to find out a bit about the mod;)

Actually, that's not a bad idea... even for the current manuals, they really should be installed with the mod... just place some shortcuts in the FS start-menu, people appreciate having a list of kit items, because there's no equipment descriptions in the game.
