First make a sig.
The upload it to imageshack or some other image site.
Get the url of the image
Put [img]tags around it.

My sig looks like this:(ignore quote marks,I put those in so the sig won't show up)
[img]"http://img135.imageshack.us/img135/9635/sigfk7.png[/img]
