I going to do an update that gives a warning message if the tool can't find bf2142, set the default install location for BF2142, but allow the user to change it if they need to.

Follow the instrutions there, and you dont even need to buy Winzip I used WINACE which was free.

*****One thing that might be of note; when I ran this via BF2 I don't remember getting an Error stating "Device stopped working, couldn't find device" but now it seems to happen a good bit if I'm Alt-Tabbing (at least thats what I'm attributing it to). It could be an issue with running it via BF2142 so save often!

If you want to do overgrowth/undergrowth painting but can't find the proper textures/geometry...

Make sure you Unzip all folders in the BF2142>Mods>FirstStrike>Object directory labled Vegitation_Client and Vegitation_Server. THEN put them into a file titled "Vegitation" in the Object folder.

I found a way to make the editor work in 2142 awhile ago... so this might save some people a couple headaches....

how come you can just copy paste Editor in 2142 this seems like a very back wards way to do it.

I do not think that the intention was to copy and paste the files of the editor to make it walk.

But I am sure that the application of Dnarmo unpack all the files in same folder, by forgetting to create the specific folders. It is then necessary to create the missing folders and to replace files on the good place. I do not have to recreate all the missing folder, because I do not have any more bf2 and I do not know any more which files are not any more on the good place.
I thus made a screenshot so that Dnarmo can see or are software unpack files. But if somebody has the courage to make the inventory of the missing files, it shall avoid me reinstalling everything...

i think you have activated the antialiasing in your drivers setup?!...

try a new installation or update your video drivers...
