I have more than met the game requirements with hardware and I am running Windows XP. The game loads, I click on Deploy, then it dumps me out the the desktop. I have downloaded and installed the latest 1.41 patch for BF2142 and the 1.1 patch for First Strike. I have also done the little thing where it says to change the lines in the STD_Archive.md5 file, but it still keeps dumping me out the the desktop. Please send help!
