When i buy a game like BF or HL , i always see if there is a mod community , and thats how i found FS , by a french fansite of BF2142

Been a happy visitor of the Total Battlefield 2142 site, spotted the regular news updates on FirstStrike from there. Fell in love with the idea of a Star Wars in Battlefield genre, watched and played eagerly ever since.

I found it while looking at moddb after listening to the bf2142 podcast 6 months ago.

I found out about it while searching for BF2 mods as well. from that point (a little under a year before it was released) and madly waited until it came out. I bought BF 2142 just to play

I think I saw it on either moddb or planet battlefield. can't remember

I found it at http://www.doomlab.com/bf2topmods/ while searching for BF2 mods, about 2 months before release, like the look of it and went and purchased BF2142 just to play it. Love the mod

I found out on the 2142 forum. About six months to a year ago I think there was a link to the you-tube video of an imperial trooper riding around on a speeder bike on Suez Canal. I thought it was a cool idea and had my eye on FS's development ever since.

I sortof followed the SF mod and came here afterwards, also noticing alot of news on bf2files.

If you're talking about the guy (can't remember his name)* with the X-wing going over the side of an aircraft carrier, that's not what I was talking about

This was a screenshot of a beautifully modeled X-wing, just sitting out on the deck.

Accidentally found it back in its BF2 days while looking for an X-Wing picture on google.

I can't find the picture anymore, but I think it was an X-Wing on an aircraft carrier.

We're pushing to get more players for our next release, and any feedback on the PR would be immensely helpful for me

The fact that no one seems to answer that PR is what brought them to FS ought to say something to all of us. If every single member here put FS banners or userbars in their sigs when away from the FS forums and posted one thread on FS in their favorite forum and then followed it up when replies came, I think our player base would increase significantly.
