Heres a protoytpe streaming video player linked to a low-resolution test video ( 5 mb )
Demonstrates the low-overhead streaming of video from remote source, does not require
any downloading of media to play .
player is a flash object , stripped down ( no UI , no sound ) for demo purposes.
Next I will link to a much larger high resolution video ( 300 mb ) with 180 kps full stereo sound. ( later today or tomorrow )

Player size is a mere 54 kilobytes ! and its streaming a remote 5 mb file .

Even with the huge high-res 300-500MB videos comming up , they will begin playing just as quickly ...
requiring no downloading .

Ultimately, I will make a FS / starWars themed player for promoting the game, with several buttons.
And people can see how good the game really looks and plays .

Ive been making some fraps videos to promote this game within my clan.
I own a Xeon based server and can play the game from the same computer while hosting a large game. The performance is outstanding compared to how a PC runs the game.
So when i record with Fraps the framerate is set ultra high with no glitches whatsoever.
Its the best investment I ever made in computer equipment - I actually traded two honda motorcycles for it, and it was new in the box when I received it too.
So to make a long story short, I can do some filming and post links to the completed files if someone needs a certain scene in ultra high resolution.
Its so late / early this morning that I cant post a link to a sample until tonite ( sunday evening ), but I will so you guys can see what they look like.
I also do flash programming and streaming video player programming with flash, and can offer my services to create a FS themed streaming media player for your website here , so people dont have to download anything , just click and play with a quickness... even with questionable bandwidth.

its only a proto type but you can clearly get the idea of what it does.
